1) How can I exchange a product?
You have 30 days from when your order arrived. You must contact us at +56 9 7852 6823 to coordinate the exchange.
2) Can I return a product?
Yes, within 10 business days. The product must be unused, free of perfume smell, and folded.

1) Shipping costs

2) What happens if I am not home on the day of delivery?
The courier has only two attempts to deliver your order. If both attempts are made, an extra shipping fee will be charged, without the right to retract the purchase. It is very important to pay attention to delivery times.
